Replenish the well-spring of energy that is oftentimes lost as we rush through the business of our days. Honour and be present with what is instead of trying to get anywhere. Once a month instead of Mysore Yoga practice, Maxi will teach the Moon Sequence in the morning, an alternative Vinaysa Krama Sequence beneficial for all, and beneficial for all Mysore practitioners! 

You will leave this special morning practice feeling deeply nourished in your physical, mental and energetic body, ready to take on anything that comes your way.


In this special practice Maxi will guide you through the Moon Sequence, or Chandra Krama. The practice begins as a gentle vinyasa flow, moving slowly deeper while bringing continuous awareness to the breath and inner sensations, relaxing and soothing the nervous system. This practice finishes with a series of nurturing restorative poses.

    This special practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.

    *Maxi is one of two teachers in the Netherlands certified by Matthew Sweeney to teach Chandra Krama. 


Do I need experience with the Moon Sequence to join this practice?

No experience with Chandra Krama is required  to join this session.

How do I join this session in person at the yoga school?

Two days prior to the session you will receive an email with a little bit more practice info.

Do I need any additional materials?

If you join this session in person at our yoga school, you don’t need any additional materials as all will be provided by the yoga school. 

If you join this session online through zoom, make sure you have the following props:

    • 1 mat (or good carpet you can rest on)
    • 2 yoga blocks
    • 1 yoga belt or scarf
    • 1 firm blankets
